Description

You will guide customers in designing and building reliable, scalable systems using our data platform, working closely with sales executives to solve business problems and win deals. You'll act as a trusted advisor to a wide range of users, from startups to large enterprises.

Requirements

• 5-8 years related industry experience, ideally 2 years customer-facing role
• Minimum 2 years experience with modern scripting (Python, Node.js, SQL) or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience implementing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to technology and business leadership
• Fluency in German and English

Responsibilities

• Design scalable applications and infrastructure leveraging MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB
• Collaborate with sales team to drive account success and pipeline generation
• Generate demand through technical initiatives and events
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members
