💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center to paint and refinish vehicles using state-of-the-art tools. Your work ensures cars meet our rigorous quality standards before reaching customers. This role offers 100% company-paid healthcare and tuition reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless finish
• Perform paint correction on vehicles
• Operate paint booth and related equipment

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed
