💼 About This Role

You'll blend high-touch user support with proactive training, helping organisations embed AI tools into daily workflows. You'll empower human services teams at Australia's largest not-for-profits, care providers and government departments to deliver essential programmes like NDIS, IEA and Aged Care support. This is a high-autonomy role where you'll write the playbook for our Australian enablement engine.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to user queries across email, chat, phone and video
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new organisations
  • Deliver engaging training virtually and in person
  • Create and improve help centre content, guides and FAQs

📋 Requirements

  • Empathetic and patient with users
  • Clear communicator who builds trust quickly
  • Calm under pressure balancing live support and travel
  • Proactive and curious in identifying trends and root causes

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting government, not-for-profits or NDIS organisations
  • Experience using Zendesk or similar support tools
  • Experience creating training materials or user resources
