💼 About This Role
You'll blend high-touch user support with proactive training, helping organisations embed AI tools into daily workflows. You'll empower human services teams at Australia's largest not-for-profits, care providers and government departments to deliver essential programmes like NDIS, IEA and Aged Care support. This is a high-autonomy role where you'll write the playbook for our Australian enablement engine.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Respond to user queries across email, chat, phone and video
- Lead onboarding sessions for new organisations
- Deliver engaging training virtually and in person
- Create and improve help centre content, guides and FAQs
📋 Requirements
- Empathetic and patient with users
- Clear communicator who builds trust quickly
- Calm under pressure balancing live support and travel
- Proactive and curious in identifying trends and root causes
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience supporting government, not-for-profits or NDIS organisations
- Experience using Zendesk or similar support tools
- Experience creating training materials or user resources
