💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the local face of Mom’s Meals in Michigan, building relationships with healthcare providers and social service agencies to promote nutritious meal access. You'll drive awareness and program enrollment to help those in need.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships with community stakeholders like social workers and nonprofits
• Promote Mom's Meals through in-person outreach and events
• Identify and engage eligible clients for the ILOS program
• Track outreach activities and client engagement using CRM tools

📋 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of community outreach, sales, or healthcare experience
• Proven ability to engage community health organizations
• Willingness to travel 75% locally and statewide

• Experience in community outreach, sales, social services, or healthcare
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and social assistance programs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
