🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise technical staff and project managers on complex projects.
• Lead construction administration including submittal reviews and payment applications.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate fees for new projects.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews and provide technical guidance to staff.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineering License (PE) required.
• 10+ years of experience in Drinking Water Utilities, Pump Stations, Water Quality, and Treatment.
• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record.

• Relevant experience in Southwest Florida.
• Florida PE license.
