💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale the Americas Solutions Engineering team, partnering with sales leadership to drive pipeline quality and deal velocity. Your leadership will directly impact how ROLLER's platform is positioned across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. This role offers a chance to build a high-performance SE culture and shape the technical strategy at a fast-growing SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coach and manage a team of 5-7 Solution Engineers in the Americas
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to align SE strategy across segments
  • Lead discovery, demos, and complex technical evaluations on strategic deals
  • Build repeatable demo frameworks, playbooks, and enablement assets
  • Track and report SE performance metrics, win/loss, and product feedback

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience with 3+ years direct leadership
  • Experience with complex solution selling across multiple business units
  • Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Experience with data and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, BigQuery)
