Requirements

• 8+ years in a strategic, cross-functional role (consulting, learning development, transformation leadership)
• 1-2 years in AI or emerging technology enablement
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops for senior stakeholders
• Strong systems thinking and ability to map complex workflows
• Understanding of enterprise AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Glean, and Cursor
