You'll optimize go-to-market functions by integrating process excellence with enablement strategies at a market-leading SPM SaaS company. Your core impact involves architecting GTM processes, enhancing tool utilization, and creating scalable documentation and training. You'll uniquely balance technical acumen and enablement skills to demystify complex systems and empower GTM teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create clear, well-structured documentation on GTM processes and tool usage.
• Support delivery of onboarding programs and live/virtual training sessions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for sales tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, etc.).
• Administer readiness assessments, certifications, and learning reinforcement programs.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or related GTM function.
• Experience supporting an enterprise sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to write high-quality documentation and training content.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo or similar platforms.
• Experience and comfort leveraging AI to support GTM teams.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
