💼 About This Role

You'll lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for US private equity firms in a fast-paced environment. This role drives analytical leadership on complex transactions while coaching junior team members. You'll be part of building a high-performance India hub for a growing advisory firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead quality of earnings and working capital analysis
• Draft due diligence reports with key findings
• Review transaction agreements and contracts
• Coach and guide junior team members

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of financial due diligence experience in Big 4
• Deep understanding of US GAAP principles
• Proficiency in financial modeling including three-statement models
• Willing to relocate to or be based in Gurgaon

• Familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx
• Sector experience across SaaS, healthcare, or industrials
