💼 About This Role

You'll provide spiritual care to patients and families in a hospice setting, working as part of an interdisciplinary team. You'll conduct spiritual assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with community chaplains. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during end-of-life journeys.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct spiritual assessments of patients and families
• Develop individualized spiritual care plans
• Provide direct spiritual care to patients and families
• Serve as liaison to community chaplains and spiritual counselors

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited seminary or school of theology (BD, MDiv, or equivalent)
• Experience working with death and dying and individuals/families/caregivers
• Ability to work as member of interdisciplinary group
• Must be a licensed driver with insured automobile
