You'll lead enterprise-level pathology specimen retrieval operations for a biotech company powering immune medicine. Your core impact is building a high-performing organization that delivers accurate, compliant specimen access for critical clinical diagnostics. This role oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of archived diagnostic specimens across a broad network of external lab partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop pathology retrieval organization with managers and senior leads
• Set long-term operational strategy for scalable specimen retrieval
• Govern end-to-end process design and continuous improvement
• Manage resource capacity, budget planning, and cost management

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's + 15 years progressive operations experience
• Minimum 4+ years people leadership managing managers
• Strong HIPAA compliance knowledge
• Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
