🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
• Design and scale AI-driven personalization and automation workflows
• Lead GTM for new product launches in partnership with Marketing and Product
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into action plans

📋 Requirements

• Growth experience in tech or digital-first companies building multi-channel engines
• Product-led growth and lifecycle frameworks expertise
• AI tools fluency including prompt engineering and workflow automation
• Marketplace or creator/influencer ecosystem experience

• Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, HubSpot, Braze, Segment, or Looker
