You'll drive revenue growth across a portfolio of high-value merchant accounts in the payments and fintech ecosystem. You'll analyze transaction data to uncover optimization opportunities and act as a trusted business partner to clients. - Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing transaction flows.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders.
- Monitor payment KPIs like approval rates and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of Account Management in FinTech or Payments.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and transaction flows.
- Proven ability to drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret transaction data.

- Communication skills in English and Russian.
