You will enable US Commercial field teams by translating strategy into scalable processes, actionable insights, and high-impact tools. You'll oversee field operations governance, CRM systems, territory data, performance reporting, and incentive compensation to drive alignment and field effectiveness.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree with 6-8+ years in sales/commercial operations in biotech/pharma
  • Leadership in CRM, territory alignment, and incentive compensation
  • Strong analytical and program management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Valid driver's license; ~30% travel if remote, ~10% if based at HQ

Responsibilities

  • Translate commercial strategy into compliant field processes and maintain SOPs
  • Oversee CRM, territory alignment, roster management, and sales crediting systems
  • Administer incentive compensation including goal setting and payout validation
  • Lead operational execution of field onboarding, POA meetings, and business planning
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and operational governance
