💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the operational glue for mortgage files, guiding borrowers through documentation and collaborating with internal teams. Your precision ensures timely, accurate loan processing, directly helping families achieve homeownership. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide borrowers through documentation via phone, email, and text.
• Review credit, income, and asset documents for compliance.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers.
• Issue compliance disclosures within required timelines.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year mortgage operations experience managing a borrower pipeline.
• Experience with FHA, Conventional, and USDA loan products (preferred but not required).
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
