💼 About This Role

You'll lead the post-sales Renewals motion in EMEA while personally closing renewals with strategic customers. Your core impact is maximizing gross retention and building cross-functional processes to scale renewal success.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing Account Management team
  • Own end-to-end renewal process for marquee accounts
  • Develop win/win negotiation strategies for contract renewals
  • Proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks with Customer Success

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Account Management or Renewals in B2B SaaS
  • 3+ years focused on renewals management in B2B SaaS
  • Proven negotiation and retention expertise
