Description

You will supervise and train a work crew of 5-10 individuals with recent criminal convictions, providing on-the-job coaching and creating a supportive environment to help them build skills and secure employment. This role involves outdoor work, lifting up to 75 pounds, and driving a van with a trailer. You'll balance engagement with accountability to empower participants as they reintegrate into the community.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, climb, and work outdoors
• Ability to drive a 12-passenger van with attached trailer
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills
