💼 About This Role

You'll operate CNC milling equipment to machine turbine engine components to OEM specifications in a climate-controlled facility. Your work ensures dimensional accuracy for aerospace and marine industry leaders. This role offers a supportive team environment with continuous skill development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate CNC milling machines to remove material per work instructions.
• Use inspection gauges, micrometers, and calipers to verify dimensions.
• Identify and correct machining problems with tools and fixtures.
• Record findings and perform finishing operations like deburring.

📋 Requirements

• Five plus years operating CNC milling equipment in a job shop.
• Five plus years in creative problem solving on setups, programming, tooling.
• Firm understanding of GD&T and critical dimensioning.
• Rework experience on machined parts.

• Technical high school diploma or machinist trade school.
• Set-up experience with tooling and fixtures from technical drawings.
• Basic CNC Macro coding experience.
