💼 About This Role

You'll own lifecycle growth experiments and drive free-to-paid conversion at a Series A AI startup. You'll work closely with Growth PM and Demand Gen to improve activation, retention, and expansion. This role offers high impact in a fast-growing company with equity upside.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and run lifecycle experiments across onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Optimize trial, freemium, or PQL flows in collaboration with Product and Sales.
• Own programs that reduce churn and increase expansion revenue.
• Define success metrics for lifecycle initiatives and analyze experiment results.

📋 Requirements

• 4–8 years in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product management.
• Experience working alongside Product Managers and data teams.
• Strong experimentation and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to move conversion, retention, or expansion metrics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in PLG or hybrid GTM models.
• Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, or similar tools.
• Experience working with Sales-assisted growth motions.
