Description

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Coveo, you will work directly with customers and internal teams to prototype and validate new use cases, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with Coveo before solutions reach production. You'll disambiguate customer needs, build working prototypes, and iterate rapidly to shape future product capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on experience in software engineering or system integration
• Strong ability to prototype across APIs, data pipelines, and front-end/back-end systems
• Experience working in ambiguous, high-impact environments requiring rapid iteration
• Strong problem-solving skills with an experimentation-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Disambiguate and refine customer needs to shape clear use cases and solutions
• Build working prototypes and technical proofs based on approved use cases
• Translate business and architectural requirements into functional, testable solutions
• Validate feasibility, performance, and scalability through hands-on experimentation
• Generate reusable solution patterns and share implementation insights across teams
