• Manage full-cycle recruitment from profile alignment to offer negotiation
• Act as strategic partner to hiring managers on technical challenges and market trends
• Conduct active sourcing using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ensure humanized, transparent and inclusive candidate experience

📋 Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English
• Advanced Boolean search and strategic LinkedIn Recruiter usage
• End-to-end recruitment experience in tech companies or consultancies
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies without losing pipeline quality
