Description

You will establish and lead an enterprise-level scheduling capability across a portfolio of complex commercial and government programs. You'll build and own the authoritative Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), define standards and processes, and grow an internal scheduling function that scales with the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems, Business, or related field
• 8+ years experience developing and maintaining IMS on complex hardware development programs
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project Pro and/or Primavera P6
• Deep understanding of CPM, float analysis, and risk-driven schedule analysis
• Experience supporting formal program reviews (CDR, PDR, MRR) with IMS-derived data

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex cross-functional programs
• Establish and manage schedule baselines and control updates through formal change management
• Analyze and report schedule performance, variances, and recovery recommendations
• Serve as primary scheduling point of contact for cross-functional teams across distributed environments
• Define and document enterprise scheduling standards and best practices
