Description

You will develop and manage a resilient supplier ecosystem for the Machining category, driving innovation, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity. You will shape global sourcing strategies, negotiate complex agreements, and ensure supplier performance to support ASM's semiconductor technology leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum 10 years in Procurement or Category Management
• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing preferred
• Strong familiarity with build-to-print manufacturing and machining processes
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for machining categories
• Communicate commodity strategies across Business Units, Engineering, and NPI Operations
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting
• Manage supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery, ESG) and drive improvement roadmaps
• Monitor supply risk and develop mitigation strategies including alternative sources
