You'll support corporate maturity initiatives and high-stakes transactions as a strategic partner to the Finance and Capital Markets teams. Your work will fortify the corporate governance framework and build the legal foundation for the company's next phase of growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and coordinate external corporate and regulatory documentation.
• Manage board and committee materials, minutes, and resolutions.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting on disclosure controls and transaction readiness.
• Oversee paralegal support for document management and entity maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active license in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of legal experience in corporate and transactional matters.
• Exposure to capital markets transactions or public-company readiness.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and disclosure principles.
