You'll manage a geographical territory for EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions division, driving new business development and account growth in the pump, power, and HVAC rental market. Your work directly supports customer retention and revenue expansion through strategic relationships with contractors.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage territory sales strategy and pipeline.
- Develop new business with contractors and construction principals.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.
๐ Requirements
- Proven outside sales experience with track record.
- Pump, Power, HVAC industry knowledge (rental or construction).
- Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
- Competitive, self-motivated and results driven.

- B2B sales experience in equipment rental or construction.
- CRM system familiarity (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strategic account management experience.
