💼 About This Role

You'll own the roadmap for grid-interactive orchestration capabilities that let AI data centers respond to energy constraints while preserving reliability. You'll work across software, energy markets, and data center infrastructure to build real-time telemetry, forecasting, controls, and optimization systems. This role offers a chance to shape how flexible AI load participates in grid programs at the intersection of AI infrastructure and grid services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own roadmap for grid services and energy orchestration products
• Define product capabilities for workload coordination with grid signals
• Collaborate with customers, utilities, and partners on requirements
• Lead customer pilots from solution design through commercialization

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in energy systems or grid operations
• Expertise in US ISO/RTO wholesale markets products and operations
• Experience with utility tariff structures and demand response programs
• Familiarity with transmission planning and grid constraint management

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SCADA, EMS, DERMS, or ADMS
• Experience building 0→1 infrastructure software products
• Exposure to AI infrastructure or data center operations
