• Lead process improvement projects for safety and reliability.
• Provide feedback on design for manufacturability and testability.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Optimize assembly and test procedures and create documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in design or production of electronics hardware systems.
