- Lead multidisciplinary teams to create culturally fluent creative work
- Present and sell ideas with clarity, confidence, and momentum to clients
- Mentor teams on social-first thinking, making, and selling
- Drive new business and organic growth with culturally relevant ideas
๐ Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in creative direction
- Proven ability to lead social-first creative for major brands
- Experience turning cultural insights into shareable campaign ideas
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience working with McDonald's or similar iconic brands
- Background in public relations or earned-first creative
- Familiarity with AI tools in creative workflows
