  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to create culturally fluent creative work
  • Present and sell ideas with clarity, confidence, and momentum to clients
  • Mentor teams on social-first thinking, making, and selling
  • Drive new business and organic growth with culturally relevant ideas

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in creative direction
  • Proven ability to lead social-first creative for major brands
  • Experience turning cultural insights into shareable campaign ideas

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience working with McDonald's or similar iconic brands
  • Background in public relations or earned-first creative
  • Familiarity with AI tools in creative workflows
