You'll build lightweight features and run experiments to drive user adoption and retention for an AI-powered healthcare platform. Your work will directly shape how clinicians discover and use Tandem's self-serve product. This role sits at the intersection of product engineering, data analysis, and growth experimentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build lightweight product features for distribution and engagement
• Design and iterate on onboarding, activation, and re-activation flows
• Use data to identify funnel friction and ship improvements
• Implement growth experiments from ideation to measurement

📋 Requirements

• Startup or scale-up experience building user-facing products
• Full-stack engineering skills to implement features independently
• Ability to reason about UX and user behavior
• Comfort working with data, funnels, and experiments

• Founded a company or side project from scratch
• Experience with growth tooling (analytics, experimentation, lifecycle messaging)
• Familiarity with React and backend APIs
