💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end recruiting for engineering teams at a space-based manufacturing startup. You'll build hiring strategies, execute full-cycle search, and close senior-level talent. This role offers the chance to scale a high-impact team in the aerospace industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute recruiting strategies for engineering hiring
• Partner with engineering leadership to forecast hiring needs and set technical bars
• Source, screen, and close engineering talent through multiple channels
• Manage 4-8 active searches simultaneously while maintaining exceptional candidate experience

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience with hardware or engineering focus
• Proven experience recruiting for hardware-centric companies (aerospace, robotics, etc.)
• Track record sourcing and closing senior and staff-level engineering talent
• Startup equity fluency and ability to explain compensation structures

✨ Nice to Have

• In-house recruiting experience at a hardware or deep tech startup
• Experience hiring across multiple engineering disciplines
• Familiarity with ITAR/security requirements
