You'll lead a new business line building an AI-native Enterprise Service Management platform at Asana. You'll manage and grow a team of 6-8 engineers, shaping the roadmap and delivering high-quality products. This is a 0→1 opportunity to define how IT, HR, and Support teams automate workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and coach 6–8 engineers, fostering inclusive culture
• Partner with product, design, and UXR to translate customer pain points into roadmap
• Balance large-scale feature launches with iterative enhancements
• Articulate and execute team's future roadmap tied to business goals

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience with 2+ years managing a technical team
• Built and scaled new products or incubations before
• Thrives in customer conversations translating insights into product decisions
• Clear, persuasive communicator aligning cross-functional stakeholders
