Description

You will work directly with patients to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care.

Requirements

• Active NP license in state of residence
• 2+ years independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine, including initiating care
• Ability to practice autonomously in designated states where independent practice is required
• Strong patient-centered practice skills

Responsibilities
