Description

You will own the KPI framework and measurement systems for product releases, ensuring they drive intended impact without unintended consequences. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to define metrics, set up automated monitoring, and evaluate the success of initiatives.

• Experience in business analytics, preferably in fintech or product analytics
• Proficiency in defining and tracking KPIs and building dashboards
• Strong skills in statistical analysis and experimental design
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain core product KPIs across application flows and customer lifecycle
• Build measurement frameworks and integrate KPI tracking into release planning
• Develop automated alerts for anomaly detection and root cause analysis
• Evaluate impact of product releases using baselines and control groups
• Provide data-driven insights to influence product prioritization and roadmap
