Description

As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA Home Health, you'll provide compassionate home health services to adult and geriatric clients in Pitt, Martin, and Edgecombe counties. You'll follow care plans, administer medications, perform wound care, and coordinate case management, all while enjoying comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• Minimum one year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans for patients
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to management
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet
