💼 About This Role

You'll lead large-scale technical programs across engineering at a high-growth fintech startup, owning the incident response program and driving clarity across cross-functional teams. You'll operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and business, directly shaping how the engineering organization scales. You'll also apply AI tools in your daily workflow to enhance how programs are run.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead large-scale technical programs across engineering and adjacent teams.
• Own Ramp's engineering incident response program and improve processes.
• Be the connective tissue between platform and product engineering teams.
• Own programs end-to-end: from scoping through delivery and retrospective.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of TPM experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Genuine AI fluency: actively building with AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Proven ability to earn trust quickly and lead cross-functional teams.
• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science).

• Experience building programs at high-rigor, fast-moving companies.
• Background as a software engineer or technical founder.
• Familiarity with how LLM-based systems are built and deployed.
