💼 About This Role

You'll lead a technician team in avionics development builds and battery manufacturing for human-rated space stations. You will own the entire battery manufacturing process and drive rapid prototyping. This role combines hands-on leadership with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize day-to-day development builds and battery manufacturing work assignments.
• Own battery manufacturing from cell screening to final integration.
• Lead electro-mechanical assembly, soldering, and prototype builds.
• Drive non-conformance reviews and implement corrective actions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in electronics or battery manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Experience with IPC standards and electro-mechanical assembly.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with battery cell screening and wire bonding.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO9001 environments.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
