Description
You will lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada's core product suite, working closely with sales leadership to shape and scale go-to-market strategy. This role involves developing and executing strategies that drive pipeline growth through digital campaigns and scaled outbound outreach, as well as designing scalable frameworks for automated campaigns. You'll have a direct impact on Verkada's growth in a strategic vertical.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, biz ops, strategic consulting, a startup or equivalent
- 2+ years of marketing experience or equivalent including B2C marketing
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams
- Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred
- Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance
- Digital marketing experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through digital campaigns and scaled outbound outreach
- Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated campaigns
- Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and optimization of demand capture programs
- Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns from planning to execution to performance analysis
- Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives, marketing operations, product marketing, and sales
- Track and analyze key campaign metrics and communicate insights across departments
