• Qualified lawyer in your location
• Excellent commercial contracts lawyer with examples of difficult negotiations
• Previous in-house experience in similar roles
• Passionate about working for a tech scale-up, specifically in HR-tech
• Outstanding team leader who mentors and motivates

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Legal team to provide legal support for sales, partnership, and vendor contract reviews and negotiations
• Empower GTM teams to close enterprise-level customers by upgrading commercial terms and simplifying sales contracting
• Provide strategic support to Partnership teams on deal negotiations and bespoke terms drafting
• Collaborate with revenue and legal operations to automate workflows and leverage AI for contracting efficiency
• Maintain CLM system and capture commercial contracting metrics for better decision-making
