💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end administration of US employee benefits programs as part of a remote-first People Operations team. Your work will directly ensure accurate, compliant, and employee-focused delivery for a fast-growing B2B tech company. This role offers the chance to coordinate global benefits while serving as the primary US benefits expert.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end administration of US employee benefits programs.
  • Lead annual US open enrollment and coordinate global enrollment activities.
  • Administer US 401(k) retirement program and coordinate annual audits.
  • Serve as primary contact for employee benefits questions and leaves of absence.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in US benefits administration.
  • Experience managing US 401(k) retirement plans including annual audits.
  • Strong understanding of US compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA).
  • Experience with HRIS/benefits administration platforms and broker coordination.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a global or multi-country workforce.
  • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or similar certification.
