🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes
• Maintain and optimize employee data in HR systems ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Support monthly payroll process with updates and changes
• Create HR dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI
• Analyze trends in engagement, attrition, hiring, absence, and performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in HR administration or People Operations
• Strong analytical skills and experience with workforce data
• Advanced Excel skills and reporting tools like Power BI
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g., HiBob, Lever)

• Experience with engagement surveys and workforce metrics
