You'll lead accounting advisory projects for diverse clients, from FTSE 100 to startups, working with C-level management and Big 4 auditors. You'll own client engagements, drive complex transactions, and mentor team members. This role offers flexible hybrid work and direct client impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client engagements on complex accounting transactions like IPOs and acquisitions.
• Drive delivery of financial information in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as subject matter expert on new accounting standards and process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA combined with solid accounting experience.
• 12+ years of experience in public accounting or industry accounting/finance.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and US GAAP.
• Proactive in building client relationships and setting engagement expectations.
