Description

You will partner with senior sales executives to drive expansion revenue by understanding existing customers' global employment needs and providing consultative solutions. This role focuses on the AMER region and offers the chance to impact the global employment space.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS/payroll.
• Experience with Global Payroll, HRIS, contractor management, or Employer of Record.
• Solution consulting or consulting experience with consultative techniques.
• Strong sales acumen and understanding of sales cycles.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to address customer business goals and requirements.
• Develop deep understanding of Remote's product offerings and technical capabilities.
• Lead consultative engagements to articulate value of multiple product offering.
• Build trusted advisor relationships through deep industry expertise.
• Drive measurable impact on expansion ARR, deal velocity, and win rates.
