Description

As a Personal Trainer at Svetness, you'll design and deliver one-on-one or couples fitness sessions in clients' homes. You'll customize workout programs, use the Svetness app for tracking, and conduct reassessments every 4-6 weeks, helping clients achieve their goals with flexibility and support.

Requirements

NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited Personal Trainer certification
CPR/AED Certification
High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years personal training experience
Strong communication skills
Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices

Responsibilities

Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment
Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming and session notes
Demonstrate each exercise and ensure correct performance with or without modifications
Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
Maintain client session appointments through scheduling software
