💼 About This Role

You'll create exceptional piercing and shopping experiences for customers at our West Loop studio. You'll assist with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Your role brings brand awareness and the art of ear stacking to life through engaging interactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome customers, check them in or book appointments.
• Help customers choose and style piercing and non-piercing jewelry.
• Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain clean, organized studio and restock supplies.

📋 Requirements

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for full shift.

• Jewelry or piercing knowledge.
• Experience with POS and scheduling software.
