You'll support clients at all levels for a leading trading platform, answering questions via live chat, emails, and calls. You'll assist with the KYC procedure and provide platform tours. Build trust through professional support in a hybrid work model.

• Assist clients with the KYC procedure.

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in English & Dutch - C1+ level.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
