You'll support the Business Unit Controller in delivering financial results and analysis for Arizona and Nevada business units. You'll coordinate daily accounting operations and own key parts of the month-end close. This role offers the chance to drive financial excellence in a high-growth HVAC portfolio company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support BU controller with financial results and analysis
• Coordinate AP, AR, cash receipts, and treasury activities
• Own month-end close and reconciliation processes
• Monitor accounting data and produce financial reports

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 7+ years accounting experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✨ Nice to Have

• HVAC or construction experience
• ERP experience, Microsoft D365 preferred
• CPA certification
