💼 About This Role

You'll work in our pilot manufacturing facility alongside engineers to refine solar panel production processes, including laser scribing and vacuum deposition. Your core impact will be helping scale metal-halide perovskite solar technology toward commercialization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform laser scribing on solar panels
• Operate vacuum deposition equipment
• Run tests to evaluate material performance
• Maintain accurate lab notes and workspace organization

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
• Proficiency with hand tools
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
