You'll own experimentation roadmaps for enterprise customers, leveraging AI-powered CRO tooling to drive measurable ROI. You'll shape best practices for the world's first AI Growth Engineer platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for enterprise customers.
• Generate test hypotheses using data analysis and UX intuition.
• Create and deploy test variants using AI-powered Mark-1 platform.
• Analyze experiment results and communicate impact to stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on CRO, Growth, or Experimentation experience.
• Ability to identify high-impact test ideas from any page.
• Fluency in experimentation metrics like statistical significance.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders (VPs, CMOs, CPOs).

✨ Nice to Have

• Agency experience managing multiple client workstreams.
• Technical fluency with HTML/CSS or experimentation platforms.
• Deep curiosity about AI and autonomous agents.
