You'll own the end-to-end credit memo process and lead invoice-related initiatives as a key liaison between departments and customers. You'll drive process improvements and ensure billing accuracy in a tech-savvy, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead resolution of billing escalations from collection teams.
• Utilize SFDC and SAP to investigate billing discrepancies.
• Manage accurate invoicing and credit memo lifecycle.
• Document workflows and recommend automation improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or reconciliation.
• 2+ years working with ERP like SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Proven ability to collaborate across business units.

• SAP billing and reporting experience.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
