Description

You will lead the production team for Starlink gateways, building out a new manufacturing organization from startup phase to disciplined production. You will manage supervisors, technicians, and associates, establish operational standards, and partner with engineering to ramp up production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/STEM or 4+ years leadership in manufacturing
• 3+ years production operations or process development experience
• 2+ years in a leadership position
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• ITAR compliance: US citizen or permanent resident

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of supervisors, technicians, and production associates on multi-shift schedule
• Develop onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance team capability
• Establish operational standards and hold accountability to those standards
• Champion continuous improvement using relevant metrics and data sources
• Partner with engineering on startup and optimization of production equipment
